Meh, just buy a military surplus multi-fuel vehicle, then you can run on just about any flammable liquid, the only drawback is that most multi-fuel vehicles were deuce-and-a-halfs (trucks with greater than 2.5 ton frames).

Ok, but you have to think about cost. When you poor, (549 a month) you cant afford something like that. What we have we got really lucky to get. When my mom died, we got 8k, and 3600 went and bought the Demon.

You can buy an old deuce-and-a-half for about $10,000, then you can take that high-torque motor and put it into something much lighter with a nice strong transmission. Then you can sell the rest of the truck for parts. It's cheaper than a new flex-fuel vehicle, and will run on diesel, kerosene, straight vegetable oil, and several other things that would ruin a 'flex-fuel' engine.

Ok, but I think your example is in a situation where it would be cheaper to do that than take about 1 day and make a 318/340/360/383, etc. (as said, any carberated car) into a e-85 car.
