It looks like a Nazca C12. In addition, this is germany, so chances are high. I've got lots of shots.

I think it's a noble M12, the front grill seems to match it along with the front hood.

Too bad you couldn't see the bald guy getting out of the side. That might have been Csaba Csere from Car & Driver. They've been hinting at an excursion with the new R8.

I remember reading a review of that car. Sounds like a pretty awesome sports car, plus it's easily driveable on an everyday basis because of the quattro awd. That would be an awesome car to cruise in. It's no Viper, of course, but pretty sweet none the less.
