I'm gonna start posting there semi-regularly, I think. Been stay away for awhile since there wasn't much going on, but at least we have a release date now.

Some guy in my work was arguing with me that:
-The top-of-the-line VW was called the PhaNtom, rather than the PhaEton
-The McLaren F1 had gold bathed cylinders (although it has a gold foil engine compartment...)
-The Bugatti Veyron had 2 engines from the Phaeton, and weighed 1500Kgs.
-The McLaren F1 would eat the Veyron alive at the start (in fact, it did at that episode of Top gear, but then forgot the simple fact that the Veyron won)
-The Bugatti Veyron was not as good as an FXX (right, comparing the Veyron to a car that has 140 less hp, but almost 740 Kgs LIGHTER with SLICK TIRES is TOTALLY possible)
Yeah, you know the drill, he knows nothing about cars even though he talks like he knows everything. This came from exactly the same guy that said that Vipers had 8.2 litre engines.
However, his best one yet is having to GOOGLE on "how to replace a car's battery" in order to replace his GF's car's battery, and then trying to look like a smartass with me and some other guy about which of the terminals had to be removed first...

and probably nearly killing himself as well I'd imagine.
In my true dyslexic fashion, i often get positive and negative mixed up (red and black. . .why couldn't it just be black and white? heh) but i still know which to get rid of first.
if anyone can find a way to injure themselves while changing a fuckin battery, it's on o those guys.
i still dunno if that's as bad as the guy who think and alfa was a Porsche (or was it vice versa, I cannot recall) Nem.

You can blame the electrical engineers of the world for that tbh (i.e. me). Red and black are just conventionally what you use when you have two terminals. |

As a phailure to post:
I figured I'd go adjust my chain on the bike to see just how bad it really is. General rule is that you're looking for about 1.5 to 1.75 inches of play from top to bottom extreme in the tighest point of the chain.
with the fucker tightened all the way, like, totally tightened as much as I could, it was at a litlte more than 3 inches at the tightest point.
No wonder I need a new sprocket set and chain. Fuck sakes.
