This was the exact post that got numerous positive replies back in the day, and something I'd reallllllly like to get off the ground for GT.
Anyone think this is a good idea?
I'm thinking of setting up a "World Conquest".
"The Rules are, any NON-RACING Car.
This means there no tuning limit (except for 750hp and under), but cars like the Audi R8, The FGT the JGTC and the DTM cars arent allowed.
Heres how it goes Someone will take over the world, meaning all the tracks, by setting records for them all. Then other racers will try and take over parts of the world. Get it?
I might wait until we have at least 10 members.."
LOLOL^
now that we have more than 10 active members (at least I'd hope so), I think this idea could really take off, especially with graphics as lucrative as GT5's, I'd really like to take me over some Grand Valley and Tsukuba.
Anyway, if your interested, sign up and we can get it goin'!

ah i see. soa designated person will ste all initial times, and the rest of us are in a free for all (including the original driver) to get all number 1 times.
naturally, you'd have to be just as concerned with keeping your own records as you would with setting new ones on new tracks.
I like it!
