I just got back from a trip to Vegas, and thought I'd share a few photos. This first one isn't real clear, but not too bad considering I took the picture through a window, from 29 floors up and almost a quarter mile away. I've never seen a single-seater out and about before. This was sitting in a parking lot on two different days. I can't believe this is really a Saturn!! Since when did they get a model worth looking at? These next two are available for daily rental. A Lambo and a Ferrari (amongst others). I didn't stop to ask how much they wanted per day, but it anyone's interested, the phone number's in the windshield.

Smarts are like a virus here, they're everywhere! And I would be more interested in the Porsche 911 to the right of the Lambo, but it looks that that's not for rent

Can anyone tell me what car this is? It looks American made so maybe someone can identify it.

Couple days ago, I saw an elderly woman driving a Viper SRT10 out of the parking lot at work. And by elderly, I mean just plain old. I didn't realize until later that it was the same lady I helped inside. (I work at a grocery warehouse)

Yesterday I saw two (2) Vipers going along the freeway. One was red and the other was yellow and they were both drop-tops and traveling together, I think. I didn't get a great look at them because they were going in the opposite direction of me, but I think the red one was an '06 and the yellow one was an '08.
No pics, sorry Nem.

i shall share with you my awesomely awesome car experience.
As most of you know, A car ended up in my back yard this weekend. So, I had to get some stuff to fix the fence. On my way to Rona, with my old man, we stop for a red...and i hear a certain engine note...A growl that makes JDM weep, and causes Jelly leg syndrome for most car owners...those who escape such a fate, are fans of it themselves.
Yes, it was a 911. But not just..any...911. I'm absolutely sure this was a 996..GT2. In the short glimpse i got of the front end in my mirrors, the front bumper and aero package matched up perfectly, from chin spoiler, to front bumper style. The spoiler matched, which i noticed as he pulled up beside us in the left turning lane, waiting at the same red.
Turning lane light goes green, after i get a fair few gawks and oggles in. He turns, grins massively, and he brings it up to around 5 grand (my best guess) and hearing that was almost on par with sex. I cursed myself for not having at least a camera phone. The driver even seemed like a decent guy. Drove like a sane person, mostly, and didn't seem like a dinkwad behind the wheel. not the typical stuck up supercar owner. I don't know where the hell he got that thing, but I want the dealer's number, haha.

Tupac, you gotta love the guys like that. Some of 'em will catch you staring and flip out like you think your penis is bigger or something, but then, there's folks like this guy. They see the Look in your eye, and just to humor you, they play along with it. Nice of him to let you hear the wail of that 3.8 at 5k. I'll be the first to admit that there's not much that can get the blood pumping like a well-tuned engine with the right exhaust...

I loved the guy without even knowing him. (no, that is not gay. a dude can love another dude, with a sweet car, who isn't a douche, and not be gay. Universal truth)
Honestly, that made a very crappy day a very good one. I just really wish there was a camera in the car.

LOL @ I can't seem to go anywhere without seeing a Porsche. Everytime I go to the bay area I probably see at least 20 different ones, majority being Boxsters(6:4), but still a lot of 911's

Back in school, there was a guy in my economics class that drove a red Cayman S to school. That thing was sweet.
