i suggest getting rid of letting people post pics up under all of their posts, i personally find them very annoying, but thats justs me.

a good background for this site might be cool. And if it is possible (i cant remember if it is..), increase max avi size for regular users to 125x125.

i was wondering that, so you have to go through a long process to resize our avi's, thats no prob then, i like my r32, so i'll stick w. it.
Holy cow, thats a butt load of work, and all w/ dial up, i've got dsl, and wireless whenever that goes down (don't have to pay, living in the dorms at U WYO, it's free) but soon i'll just be on wireless, which is just as quick if not quicker, if it's possible, i could maybe run that, but i wouldn't know how to resize very easily, i have a kodak photo editor, but it's very basic, I don't think i can resize to specific dimensions. but i might have another program, or i could just go download one. whatever though

Heres what i have to do on my old dial-up tower.
I have to take the full picture from the original url
put in on the HD.
Resize it using MS paint. (God help Me).
Upload it to a seperate Photobucket Account.
Take It here.
Change the Default avatars by adding yours.
Change your avatar to the resized one in the list.
