That's what I had thought, but I noticed that mine went up, as well, to a total of 1. At first I was like "Oh crap, did I say on my profile I was 13?" lol

I just recently realized that, among the unused crap that came with my old computer, I have a video capture device that isn't compatible with my new computer.

No, me!
Or at least a recommendation for a good one. That is if certain brands are better than others.

Do either of you have an 8 year old ATI Rage card? If not, it's probably not compatible with your systems.

I don't have anything... That's why I changed my mind to just receiving an opinion for a capture card.
...
I don't think that made sense. Oh well. </ignore>

You have to have some sort of graphics card to have a functioning monitor. How old is your computer, and what brand?

Well I knew I had some sort of card, but I am too computer stupid to know the exact details. Let's see, it is an e-Machine, almost a year and a half old, and the monitor is a 16 or 17 inch HD screen. Oh, and I thought you guys were talking about the capture cards, not something that was already with the computer.

eMachine uses nVidia cards as well, so it's certainly not compatible.

Lupin's at 999 posts o.0 One more post to 1k.
I couldn't even fit a capture card in my current case if I wanted to. All the expansion slots on my motherboard are full. I'd either have to take out my sound card or my wireless card to do it, and neither one of those is happening.
