aaawwww thnx vitg!
got another last night however, getting easier.
On R3/R3 with an oil change, I got a 5.22.X, not as fast as the first clean lap as I was taking it a bit easy, but it was a bit more satisfying I think.

Oh! Oh! I getta pick! w0000000t!11!eleventy1 I have had a perusal of the list on the gayfucks webshite - and me being new and all, I have no idea which cars have been driven and reported on before me. However, Ignignoc has offered me the choice and I pick....wait for it, wait FOR IT...the Aston Martin DB9 '03. I was hoping the Caterham hadn't been done yet, or even the M3 CSL, but as a Englishman through and through I had to pick the almost pr0nografic looking DB9. Mmmmmmmmm...Aston Martin *heavy breathing*

yay! There is no name to it which is why I have bagged it. Plus, it is a fantastic looking, great sounding, BOOTIFUL car which should be driven with gusto along de-restricted toll roads in southern Germany. I'm afraid, however, I will not be giving my report until next wednesday at the earliest as I am away over the weekend (visit to amsterdam, w00t1111!).

If you think about it, is there really a need for a good reason? You guys have to help me. Deep down, I'm an asshole, so every bit of encouragement to be a little more understanding helps.

I think "Common Inner Jerkhood" would make a fabulous t-shirt.

^lol
I'm back from my the middle of nowhere (read: North Dakota). I'll be all over this WR when I get a chance to play, but I might need to buy my third DB9 of this game to do it. I love this car. The two I have are both modded (one of 'em all the way).
I can't seem to post in the GF Ring Diaries thread without getting modded anymore, no matter how vague the reference to my sig is. It's pretty annoying.

Hey Y'all. Could not get on all weekend due to - A) Working B) Ran out of Dialup pre paid credit and had no Credit Card funds available to top up until today ( Tuesday Oz time). Catching up with things using work Net at the moment, have to work tonight as well so will not be able to post my writeups just yet. For those who know and care, got an email from Flibutz today - he is well and traipsing around Europe with a WOMAN at the moment. Said he might drop in and say Hi !! sometime. At least it is good to know he is okay. As for "Inner Jerkhood" I do not know about that, I am just an out and out C**t Later.

I noticed that Amarynceus had stopped by to check us out, too. He was the "newest member" for a little while. Haven't seen that he's posted anywhere, though.

The Aston Martin DB9 Weekend RiderAfter winning a second special gold colored DB9 (it's so sexy, you can't have too many) I took it for a spin. Here's what I found. For the most part, the car is really well balanced. There is very little understeer or oversteer in the car. It changes direction well and is fairly stable at high speed. The brakes are excellent and the acceleration is adequate. It wouldn't hurt to have more power, but then that seems like it's always true. The only real gripe I had with the car is that once in a while, after rapid direction change, the back end will pop loose. I like that in a car most of the time, but here it was a little annoying. The two laps I ran were around 7'36, but there was a lot of time to be gained on both laps. Overall, one of the most attractive cars in the game. Can't argue with that, can you? I know that this is probably the millionth time I've posted this picture, but it's one of my favorites.
